Management Assessment
Our management assessment service typically involves several personality and ability tests, depending on the level and complexity of the candidate's role. Following the testing, an in-depth interview is conducted with the candidate and concluded by providing him or her with detailed feedback on the process. A written report is then prepared and presented to the client.

360 Degree - Multi-rater Assessment
A key objective of 360 degree feedback is to assist individuals in developing a greater awareness of themselves and of the impact their behaviour has on those around them. In addition to enhancing self-awareness, our process is designed to provide individual coaching on how to go about changing behaviour in order to improve performance through better communication and enhanced relationships.
