LINTNER JOINS MANDRAKE'S DIGITAL PRACTICE 

Toronto, January 5, 2001 - Stéfan Danis, President and CEO of Mandrake, is pleased to announce that Partner and Executive Vice President Paul Lintner has joined the firm's Digital Practice. 

Lintner's efforts will be focused on growing the Information Technology component of the practice area. 

"Paul has a distinguished history within Mandrake and has played a key role in the evolution of every area of the firm," said Danis. "His experience will be of great value in this key area for us." 

Lintner began his career in finance with Smith Corona Marchant. From there, he worked with a major engineering firm in their Accounting division. After three years, Lintner joined a brokerage firm as Vice-President of Sales, where he managed the sale of consumer products to major retailers. 

Throughout his 25-year career in executive search with Mandrake, Lintner has successfully completed over 500 search projects spanning a broad range of clients and functions. He most recently worked with Mandrake's Consumer Practice focusing on searches in the Sales division.
