Our client, a global leader in the confections industry, was looking for an experienced executive to fill the VP Sales & Customer Marketing role. This individual replaced an incumbent relocating within the company outside of Canada. The ideal candidate needed to be an effective business leader with extensive experience in sales and marketing to senior-level customers, as well as success in managing organizational change. Following a successful tenure in Canada, this person stood to move on to international opportunities within the company.
