Challenge
Mandrake needed to find a sales and marketing executive for a newly acquired but long-established construction equipment rental company. The private equity firm acquiring the business brought in a CEO investor with the mandate to reorganize the company and foster its organic growth. The business required sales and marketing leadership from an individual with B2B experience who could lead a diverse group of seasoned business development and sales managers. They needed to understand the business channel and how to sell to construction/ industrial customers. It was critical that the new hire would act as an owner in the business.
