Manager, D&I Recruitment
Before accepting her new role, Christine had 20 years of experience in executive search. During that time, she contributed to the hiring of more than 200 executives across various industries and functions throughout North America.
As Manager of D&I Recruitment, Christine is responsible for training and implementing the company’s D&I recruitment strategy. Through our collaboration with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion, Christine will have the necessary tools and resources to create an effective D&I recruitment strategy that aligns with our clients’ D&I goals and objectives.
Christine graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Economics and from Cornell University’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion—Building a Diverse Workforce certificate program.
Dr. Deborah Nixon, Ph.D.
Executive Coach
Dr. Deborah Nixon is a highly experienced coach based in Toronto. She specializes in Executive Coaching, Assessment, Career and Leadership Development, Change Management, and Organizational Diagnosis and Design. She is widely known for building trust with her clients, which forms the basis for better decision-making, relationship-building, and organizational effectiveness.
