Our client is a leading company in brewing, distribution and sale of beer together in a joint venture partnership with Canada’s leading brewing and marketing company. The joint venture gave our client an excellent opportunity for growth in Canada, their second most important export market. Our task was to find an individual with Global industry and consumer goods experience who would drive key strategies, be expert at decision making and problem solving, task orientation, leadership skills and exceptional people skills. This individual also needs to be capable of interfacing with the joint venture partner executive team around the globe. We were engaged to source this individual.
